- 1. It asks me to upgrade to the Pro version. How can I do that?

Answer: The Pro version is unlimited in functions. Click “Upgrade Now” to purchase the full version for Windows or Mac. You will receive a registration key and a download link of the full version once your order is successfully placed. The registration mail will be sent to the email address you have used to place the order.
- 2. What is difference between the free version and the pro version?

Answer: Both versions are able to scan and preview all types of files from your iOS device for free. However, the free trial is limited in some functions. Users would have to upgrade to the Pro version first if they want the full functions.

- 3. I have not received my registration key yet. When will I receive it?

Answer: Once your order has been validated, the registration key will be sent to the email address you used to place your order automatically within an hour. If you have not receive the registration email more than an hour, please contact us at [email protected]. We will deal with it as soon as possible.
- 4. What to do if the registration code is invalid?

Answer: Please note that there is no space before or after the license code and it is case sensitive. Copy and Paste is recommended. Meanwhile, keep your computer connected to the Internet.

Answer: There are two types of licenses available - personal license and family license. A free lifetime upgrade is included for all licenses.
Personal License: It is a personal license that supports 1 iOS device can be used for 1 PC only.
Family License: It is a personal license that supports up to 5 iOS devices can be used for 1-2 PC.

However, it is not necessary to claim your order for any re-installation or updates by a receipt as we can locate your order through our customer database with your OrderID or Registration Email.
- 9. What is the Backup CD? Can I remove it from the order?

Answer: It is an additional product provided by the payment platform MyCommerce.
You can remove it from the order if you don’t want the service.
